Each Member of Congress has the opportunity and privilege to nominate outstanding high school and college students for appointment to our nation's service academies.
The selection process is very competitive and is based on scholastic and athletic records, involvement in community activities, and leadership potential.
Applicants must be residents of Kentucky between the ages of 17 and 21. If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Darlene Simpson in our Ft. Wright office, 1-800-283-8983, for information and forms. The deadline for the class entering 2010 is January 1, 2010.
